Key Events
Monday
Played football, it was a good game too…
I can’t remember the order in which events happened so I’m just going to go through some events from last week!
- I saw the new bond film. It was pretty decent though it is very long and has a long unnecessary bit in it (which I won’t give away). (3/5).
- On the same night we tried to go to Salsa, but - because they’re rather slow at updating their website and signs - we were half an hour late - that’s when we decided to go to the cinema instead…
- I applied to PwC - finally getting my application finished!
- I did lots of marking! very very dull - finally finished on Monday night.
- Sarah cooked Sunday tea, and it was very nice.
- Went to two parties on saturday, a house warming in Newton (Jay & Donna) and then a housewarming rather closer to home (Jenny’s)
- Liverpool drew 0-0 away to Middlesborough. Of greater importance is the ashes, starting today.
- Went to Varsity last night for some relatively cheap pub fare - surprisingly good.
- Played in a live Omaha tournament on Friday. I rather unluckily bubbled. (Luck is a relative term, though, PF in Omaha!)
There are lots of things coming up too so stay tuned and I’ll probably blog about them a week or so after they happen.
